Perhaps a big part of why I survived a near death crash in 2012.

On this short video you will see Three sets of linked counter postures, placed within the whole sequence.
1- Half Lotus/ Boat.
2- Squat-Crane
3-DownDog- Camel
As I gain age I need to do more arm balances and resistance postures, this short linked moves give me the flexibility and garuntees my mobility.
The paired postures are what Ive found continually works for me given limited time availability, you may find useful- do like and share, perhaps check out 2010, 2015 and 2020 clips from my secret hiding place.
