Half Way through my Year Reviews

Tempus Fugit. Ive now done x 3 half terms delivery for Enrich Education and its nice to see some of the teachers Ive worked with leaving reviews which you can read here  . By end of Spring Term before Easter will be then x 6 half terms a whole academic years worth of high -volume delivery. After Surveying, Mapping then creating the courses in collaboration with the P.E leads, then installing them I teach the staff, often a whole staff training on INSET days. This training is invaluable to let them know how to make the best of their new products, and how the inclusivity of Orienteering benefits their children. I tailor it to the needs of the group have noticed that many of the secondary staff cohorts display a far greater knowledge of what Orienteering and Navigating actually are about compared to Primaries, just an observation. They leave this enthused and really able to confidently achieve the learning outcomes they want to see from their classes. So now Im 53 Maps completed with the next 3 scheduled for this returning week Autumn Term 2 lots of challenging, great experiences to recall.  As always this post wouldnt be worth making without reference to the upcoming Wessex Orienteers events Ill be competing in and helping to run. See the poster here and do share, Poole Yule 14 December is going to be foremost my main focus of the next term, we are taking on the date of the Brighton City Race to give you a mass -start Night race, over Baiter and into Poole central. Competitors will need to be on their game navigating in the dark around the island that is Poole Town for fun- you could be part of this too. Linking back to my Schools work its great to see our South West Juniors now in the G.B squad- proving that getting involved leads to results, and all schools have a local club that would more than happy to get you involved in their events and trainings.  Do comment below or on here.
